exhibition:<br>Juan Amador (*1968) is one of the few chefs in the world to have been awarded <strong>three Michelin stars<\/strong> without interruption for over 15 years. Since 2020, the German-born chef with Spanish roots has also dedicated himself to the visual arts &#8211; with the same precision and expressiveness that characterize his culinary creations. Juan Amador creates large-format <g id=\"gid_2\">abstract oil paintings<\/g> that thrive on energy, dynamism and an extraordinary color scheme. These color spaces are an expression of emotion, memory and instinct for powerful compositions, often expressed in strong color contrasts. <strong>&#8220;Art is pleasure<\/strong> &#8221; &#8211; following this guiding principle, Amador transfers his artistic thinking from the plate to the canvas. Already during his career as a top athlete, Stich developed a close connection to art. As a collector and exhibition visitor, he found inspiration, which he has been processing artistically in his own studio in Hamburg for many years. Stich has been presenting his paintings to the public since 2022 and impresses with an impressive oeuvre that combines <strong>colorful power and emotional depth<\/strong>. The exhibition shows key groups of works, including the impressive Lightning Series on Japan and China paper &#8211; an interplay of <strong>transparency and contrasts<\/strong> that reflects themes such as strength, vulnerability and personal experience. Using oil, acrylic, pigments or wood glue, she usually creates abstract, powerful compositions &#8211; sometimes with a brush, sometimes with a palette knife or squeegee.
