The art prize, endowed with 10,000 euros, is advertised every 3 years and bears the name of the Swiss artist <strong>Andr\u00e9 Evard<\/strong> (1876-1972), one of the pioneers of concrete-constructive painting.<\/p><p>The 2013 winner was the Japanese artist <strong>Tatsushi Kawanabe<\/strong> .
